Yagil Henkin
Yagil Henkin is an Associate Fellow at Shalem's Department of Government, Law and Diplomacy. He is currently pursuing a doctorate at Bar-Ilan University, and specializes in military history. Henkin has a long-time affiliation with the Israel Defense Forces, and analyzes and develops combat doctrines for the Ground Forces and History Department of the IDF. His research on American military policy and Israeli combat doctrine has been published in The New York Times, The New Republic, The Atlantic Monthly, and Azure.
